The European Security and Defence College’s (ESDC) Cyber Education, Training, Exercise and Evaluation (ETEE) Platform recently conducted an official visit to the European Space Agency’s European Security and Education Centre (ESEC) located in Redu, Belgium.

This engagement marks another important milestone in advancing cyber education and strengthening collaborative ties across European Union institutions and Member States. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange expertise, align training strategies, and reinforce joint efforts in enhancing cyber defence capabilities.

The discussions focused on the future of cyber training in the EU context, fostering operational readiness, and leveraging the full potential of the ESDC Cyber ETEE platform to support the EU’s strategic goals in cybersecurity and digital resilience with a focus in space operations.

We extend our sincere thanks to Jean-Luc TRULLEMANS, Head of ESEC and his team for their warm welcome and continued commitment to excellence in security and defence education and look forward for future cooperation.
