Diplomacy goes far beyond negotiating tables, from geopolitical rivalries to energy, climate, cyber and space.
The ESDC course, organised by the Instituto da Defesa Nacional (IDN) in Lisbon, brought together diplomatic, military, police and civilian professionals to explore the evolving role of diplomacy in European security and defence.
Four days of stimulating discussions, diverse perspectives and exchanges that extended well beyond the classroom.
Our sincere appreciation to IDN for hosting and organising the course, and to all speakers and participants for their valuable contributions.
